5 Common misconceptions of a Digital Lifestyle

Most people are hungry for a magic formula that will make them rich instantly and get them out of the situation that has them searching for an alternative income. Let me be clear, there is absolutely NO magic formula, if there was, everyone would be doing it. If it sounds too good to be true then the likelihood is great that it definitely is and even more likely that you have stumbled upon a scam of some sort on your search.

By switching to a digital lifestyle you will be instantly rich and fulfilled the second you make the decision. While making that decision is gratifying there has to be a realisation that change is uncomfortable and will take you way out of your comfort zone however the rewards are far greater than the discomfort you will experience initially. As a rule it takes 30 days to effect lasting change and create a new mindset. Every business takes investment, an investment of your time and of course financial investment in yourself too. The investment is microscopical compared to the investment required to start a regular bricks and mortar business.

You can become wealthy by investing a small amount of time to your business. Think about that for a second, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Initially the amount of time, effort and of course the commitment you invest in your new business will be directly reflective in the success that you achieve and the time frame it will take you to start realising the potential that exists within you.

“Im not confident enough to start my own business” Thats not strictly true, Tony Robbins teaches that with the right amount of desire and the right mindset you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Now obviously this is relative, if I had to say to you with the right amount of desire and mindset you could climb Mount Everest in tomorrow, that would be ridiculous! You have to realise that if the thought of owning your own business and working for yourself on your terms does scare you, GOOD, it should but in a way that creates more drive and determination in you too succeed. The reward creating a Digital Lifestyle and a life of freedom for yourself should far outweigh the pain of the situation that has you searching for another option.

When I earn the money I desire, I will be happy. If money is your sole purpose for wanting to work for yourself you will soon discover that enough wont always be enough. You have to look deeper into your motivation for example, Earning enough money to live comfortably and spend more quality time with your family, become less stressed, have the freedom to travel more, to have the ability to run your business from anywhere in the world, not have to commute for hours each day. All these reasons should be your motivation. Being reliant on money as your only motivation will only drive you so far and can end up being a limiting belief.

Conclusion, you have to be willing to create massive change in your life on a consistent basis and live in that uncomfortable state until to have practised drilled and rehearsed it so much that it becomes second nature. You have to be willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. There is no quick fix but the rewards you are striving towards are so profound that hard work, effort and investing time and money are the by products to get you to a place of freedom in the Digital Lifestyle you have created for yourself
